Number 137 - 8th February 2003

Dobson's Choice 2 has just been published. In the same format as last year's original, and highly successful, Dobson's Choice (see review), the new volume is of the same high standard and features 13 effects that all have, as Jerry Sadowitz calls it, "The Dobson Touch." I worked with Wayne for a number of seasons and virtually every day he'd ask "what do you think of this?" as he showed me what he'd been working on. And my answer was inevitably "great" because Wayne has the knack of seeing magic as an audience sees it, of stripping away anything that isn't necessary, and above all making it truly entertaining. This little book demonstrates just that, and features 13 effects that you will use. Highly recommended. To order send a cheque made payable to "Dtrik" (£13.00 UK, £15.00 overseas, post paid) to Wayne Dobson, Apartment 1, Shottermill Park, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 1RT or email magic@waynedobson.co.uk for more information. Wayne will also be at the Blackpool Convention, both performing and at his dealer stand. 8.2.03
