All What's On listings are free! Please capitalise sentences correctly (i.e. "20 aug sam smith magic show sun 7pm old vic pub green lane southampton" won't make it!). Please do not use CAPITALISED WORDS at all. We don't have time to re-type poorly submitted entries - they will be deleted.

There are some helpful notes on how to copy and paste text at the bottom of this form.

If you would like to submit a photo/logo/image to accompany your listing please attach it to an email and send it to mail@magicweek.co.uk - if you know that we already have a suitable image then this won't be necessary.

If you are making a number of submissions on the same day with similar venue details etc. simply enter "ditto" in the appropriate box, to save retyping. We do not keep venue addresses etc. on file - please supply as much information as possible to assist readers.
