Originally an Illusionist and woodworker, Insull began building ventriloquist figures in the late 1930’s up until his death in 1974. It is recorded that from the early 1950’s to 1974 Mr. Insull made no less than 2,017 ventriloquist/puppet related items distributed through the Davenports Magic company alone, and an unknown amount of ventriloquist items in his time before then.

DNA: We Know What You're Thinking - Leicester Square Theatre, London

31st October

From the promoters: Following their astounding appearances on series 11 of Britain’s Got Talent, mind reading duo DNA will headline an intimate show at London’s Leicester Square Theatre this Halloween. Andrew and Darren, best known as mind reading double act DNA, took the nation by storm when they appeared on the latest series of Britain’s Got Talent with their incredible telepathic ability known as 'The Gift'. Wowing the judges, live audience and viewers at home, the duo went on to reach the finals of the hit TV talent show. Their first audition reached over 8.4 million YouTube views alone. "What you do, honestly, is incredible" Simon Cowell.

Performed completely live, they can ask volunteers to concentrate on the names of celebrities, telephone numbers, credit card numbers, a word in a book, the name of the street they grew up on, a relative’s name… literally anything. With devastating speed and accuracy the pair are then able to reveal what that name, number or word is, every time.

Their unique mind reading performances have now been enjoyed by tens of millions of people around the world. Aptly named 'The Gift', the duo have created a show that will blow minds and prove that the impossible really is possible - but only for them! As the purest form of mind reading you will ever witness, their performance has to be experienced to be believed. Andrew and Darren said: "Having shown a snippet of what we can do on Britain's Got Talent, we can't wait to show our audience so much more. Our audience is the most important part of our show. We want everyone to leave having had a great time. Your thoughts will become theirs in seconds… are you ready? Don’t miss DNA live this October. DNA: We Know What You're Thinking, Leicester Square Theatre, London, Tuesday 31st October 2017. Doors 7pm. Tickets £25 to £85 plus booking fees. All Ages. Tickets: Click Here.
