Conjuring at the Court – Thursday 30th March, London. The Ulster Society of Magicians 75th Anniversary Day of Magic and Dinner, 22nd April. Derby Magic Circle news. Paul Sharp writes: Last Wednesday, 22nd March, Derby Magic Circle held their AGM. Ray Lewis handed over the President's Chain of office to Allan Humphries (right in photo). Allan, who has been a member for over 35 years, will be Derby Magic Circle's President for 2017-18. Simon Goodfellow was voted in as President Elect (for 2018-19). The new programme of events for 2017/8 has now been released, see The programme caters for everyone from close-up card magicians to children’s entertainers, from corporate mentalists to wedding magicians. Past members and visiting magicians are very welcome at the lectures we hold, but there is a small fee of £10 payable on the night.
